Participation Requirement

• Trainee's Nationality
  
  Trainees should be citizens of developing countries.
  Developing countries are defined as follows. Developing countries or regions stipulated by Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the OECD (the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development).
  Countries or regions other than those mentioned above but conforming to the same categorization.

Some of the developing countries stipulated by DAC are not covered by AOTS due to diplomatic reasons, etc.
Please ask AOTS for more information if necessary.

• Requirements of Trainees
  
  To become AOTS trainees, applicants need to satisfy the following requirements and be between 20 and 50 years of age, in principle. University graduates or those who have equivalent professional experience
  Those who are in managerial or supervisory posts at present, or expected to be in such posts after completing the AOTS training
  

There are specific requirements separately stipulated for the participants of management training courses.
